Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $133,000 - $177,300

Zone B: $119,700 - $159,600

Zone C: $110,400 - $147,200

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

Responsibilities

Your future team

We are a team of people with backgrounds in Legal Operations, Legal Technology, Outside Counsel Management, and Program Management. We lead global programs to make an impact across the Legal function.

We're hiring a Program Manager in the Legal Operations team, reporting to the Head of Global Legal Operations. You are a program manager with a background in legal or business operations. You'll play an integral role to help drive the success of varying projects within our Legal Operations portfolio of work, including Legal Technology and Ways of Working (WOW).

What You'll Do

 

  • Achieve success in program objectives and deliverables, with regular reporting
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project execution
  • Create simplified and detailed user guides, training materials, or similar materials to guide user adoption and support self-service needs
  • Collaborate with team members to identify blockers, success metrics for ensuring success in our Legal Ops OKR project work and technology roadmap
  • Assist with change management initiatives for implementations, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and support

Qualifications

Your background

 

  • 5+ years of experience in legal operations or business operations roles
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager driving projects from end-to-end, or in a similar role fulfilling comparable responsibilities
  • 3+ years of experience with project management methodologies and requirements-gathering
  • Experience with metrics-driven processes
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and Google Sheets
