Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal counsel on a wide range of commercial and business matters, including contracts, negotiations, transactions, and regulatory compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of business operations and the ability to balance legal considerations with practical business needs.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
5+ years ideally( willing to take a look for someone who has less than 5 years ) of experience as a Commercial Attorney, preferably in a corporate or business environment.
Strong knowledge of commercial law, contracts, and business transactions.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide practical legal advice.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
