What will you be doing?
Reporting directly to the Company's Chief Legal Officer, you are a leader of leaders and have significant visibility into the organization. You will leverage both the breadth and depth of experience at a law firm and as in-house counsel and help Circana maintain a nimble, innovative legal organization tasked with tackling the complex legal challenges that confront our business. By navigating legal complexities across Finance and Accounting, Tax, Strategy, Corporate Development and other key functions, you’ll play a critical role in Circana’s future.
This is a highly visible role in a fast-paced, professional and collaborative organization. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting regularly with executive management and the Board of Directors and working across the Company to achieve results and advance Circana’s strategic priorities. A commitment to excellence, attention to detail and enthusiasm for flexing to new challenges are critical to success in the role.
