Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

Fuel ServiceNow’s Innovation Engine by:

- Working across our Legal team and other functions to bring strategic offers to market. Ensure the correct legal terms and processes are in-place; and enable our account teams to sell using those terms.
- Supporting Acquisitions and Investments through due diligence, deal closure and GTM planning.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

5+ years of experience in a contracts or commercial legal roles; software/SaaS experience is an advantage

BS, MBA Business Administration, or Legal

Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, including NPI, GTM, and Sales processes

Ability to read, interpret, and draft business terms and conditions

Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills – verbal and written

Adept at business partnering and working with cross functional teams

Program management experience a plus

Strong logic and analytical abilities

Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, and dependable with deliverables and deadlines
