This Legal Administrator role is based in the Flossmoor, Illinois area and would be an opportunity for long-term contract / temporary to hire employment.

• Organize, arrange and coordinate staff meetings

• Manage administrative operations of the firm and evaluate operations of the firm to ensure productive and revenue generating practices are in place with all non-attorney staff
• Perform hiring duties including all advertising and coordination of interviews, - Desire to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines
• Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Customer service experience preferred

• Deep understanding of Administrative Assistance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dedication and requisite skills to meet critical business deadlines
• Demonstrated enthusiasm to learn new ideas and concepts
