Overview:

$90B Global Private Equity Firm, 800 people at the firm
Lean legal team 5-6, including 2 paralegals
This is a great role for someone that wants more than a paralegal role - transactional, technology, regulatory and litigation
Hybrid Schedule: In-office Monday-Wednesday, work from home Thursday & Friday

Responsibilities:

This role will focus on assisting the firm's legal department globally in transactional, technology, regulatory and litigation matters, and will collaborate with investment and other operating teams.
Public and regulatory compliance and reporting (SEC reporting, HSR and non-US competition analysis and filing)
Managing portfolio investment information gathering and analysis on behalf of legal team
Analyzing legal transactional data, including legal spend and other transaction attributes
Managing AI initiatives and expanding existing legal technology platforms
