Job Summary

Paycor is seeking a talented Trust Operations Analyst to join its Legal Team. This associate will be responsible for supporting Paycor’s Trust Operations program including, but not limited to, assisting with client-related privacy events, supporting legal operational needs, facilitating the completion of risk assessments, development of business continuity plans, management of governing documents and policies, support of corporate compliance initiatives, the maintenance of Third-Party Risk Management, as well as supporting and executing related projects. In this role, you will support Paycor’s strategic initiatives through resolution of client-related privacy events, oversight of operational risks, and providing assistance with program improvements.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary support for Paycor’s Trust Operations program partnering with internal business units, providing strategic input, maintaining existing controls, and identifying improvements
  • Oversight of key client-related privacy event response processes
  • Maintenance and development of business continuity program
  • Supporting responses to client and prospect GRC due diligence
  • Responding to issues ranging from moderate to complex and working with others to create action plans as risk arises for the company, notifying Legal leadership as appropriate
  • Maintain the organization’s Third-Party Risk Management operations
  • Continuous monitoring and maintenance of the company risk register and ensuring implementation and compliance of mitigating controls.
  • Support the maintenance of metrics and processes.
  • Keep up to date on changes in regulation, industry best practices, threats, and market expectations related to enterprise risk management. Engage with the business through awareness and training on these developments.
  • Assist Paycor’s Legal team in day-to-day functions as assigned.
 
Requirements
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Two plus years of governance, risk, and compliance experience
  • Experience GRC applications preferred
  • Knowledge of risk management principles (third-party risk management, frameworks, policy administration, etc.)
  • Applicable professional certifications preferred (CISA, CBCA, ARMP, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to adjust to rapidly changing environment
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Minimal travel

We also offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, and education. In addition to base pay ($61,600 - $105,164), Paycor Associates are eligible for either a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on the position.
