Role Overview: We have a great opportunity for a Contract manager to work with one of our biggest clients. The Senior Contract Manager will play a crucial role in managing our relationships with the EPC contractor and major equipment vendors. This position demands a high level of responsibility, including ensuring that all parties align with their contractually binding obligations and that all deliverables meet contract requirements in compliance with our Supply Chain policy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align behaviors and processes to meet contractually binding obligations.
• Review and assess existing contract language to ensure clarity and enforceability.
• Ensure compliance with both non-commercial and commercial contract terms.
• Develop and implement metrics to monitor and evaluate contractor performance.
• Enforce vendor compliance with contract terms and conditions, ensuring all deliverables meet contract specifications.
• Manage contract provisions and administer contract change orders with stakeholders, ensuring successful execution of contract requirements and options.

Requirements:

• A four-year degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in contract management within large utility-based projects or construction is a plus
• Strong understanding of contract law and its application in a commercial context.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective contract management strategies and metrics.
• Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
