Our client, a leading consumer electronics manufacturer, is actively hiring a Legal Administrative Assistant to join their IP Operations team. This role will be onsite up to 2x a week in San Francisco, CA.

This is a 6 month W2 contract with benefits!

In this role, you will handle tasks that support U.S. and foreign patent filing and prosecution, and collaborate with a large team of in-house attorneys, patent agents, patent paralegals, and investors. They are looking for a strong multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the team
  • Scan, download, and save documents
  • Prepare, obtain signatures, and record patent-related forms for assignments with the United States Patent & Trademark Office
  • Utilize MS Word and Excel for documents, graphs, tables, and database retrieval

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of experience in a legal environment
  • Knowledge/interest in IP
