_ Primary Purpose
Advises and represents the organization on issues primarily in the area of real estate law, but also provides legal advice and representation in related areas such as litigation, corporate law and environmental law. Responsible legal document preparation, consultation, supervision, legal advice, legal research, and representation of the corporation with respect to matters affecting corporate real estate holdings, industrial development, telecommunications facilities and operating matters.
