The Radar and Sensor Systems (RSS) Market Segment is seeking a mid-level contracts negotiator to provide contract negotiation and administration support for our ground-based and maritime radar sub-market segments. This individual will be responsible for day-to-day contract administration and leading contract negotiation, ensuring that all obligations are met as well as providing support for proposals. The candidate must be a strategic thinker, able to effectively coordinate with the Lockheed Martin program, technical, and business management teams. In addition, the successful candidate will evaluate contract performance to determine the necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts and compliance with contractual obligations. They will maintain communications to ensure timely contract execution by the parties and ensure final contract documents are consistent with agreements reached during negotiations.
