Intellectual Property Counsel
Leica Biosystems (or the “Organization”) has engaged Major, Lindsey & Africa on an exclusive basis to conduct a search for an Intellectual Property Counsel.

Experience: 4-7 years post-bar admission in a law firm and/or in-house experience with hands-on experience drafting, prosecuting, and managing US and international patent applications related to hardware and software devices. An undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science or related degree is strongly preferred.
Location/Relocation: This is a remote role, with candidates preferred in the Central or Eastern Time Zones. No relocation.
Compensation: $160-$170k base plus 15% bonus, depending on experience.
Bar: Juris Doctor with active bar admission in good standing in at least one US jurisdiction and USPTO required.
