Commercial Contracts Attorney - IT and Procurement
Consilio/LOD is seeking a Commercial Contracts Attorney - IT and Procurement for a Full-Time contract Remote opening with our client. Job Title: Commercial Contracts Attorney Hours: 40 per week Start date: ASAP/ May 1st Duration: 4-6 months Setup: Remote Rate: $70-90/hour Requirements: -Experience reviewing Sales, Procurement and other ancillary documentation related to commercial contracts with emphasis on firsthand structuring and negotiation -Experience reviewing a wide variety of corporate commercial contracts such as sales, vendor, procurement, event, software licensing, sponsorship, MSAs, SOWs, etc., -Ability to speak to relevant experience and duration -Ability to use templates but able to custom draft for engineering projects, need someone able to talk to engineering teams and understand risk Qualifications: -Barred in USA and in good standing
- Sense of urgency and quick turnaround is a must, flexibility and responsiveness to sales team. -2+ years of relevant experience -Ability to work independently on a remote basis; comfortable with tech; ability and desire to work on a contract basis
