Legal.io is working with a leading mental healthcare provider looking to retain a mid-level commercial counsel on a contract basis, part-time (20 hours/wk), for an initial 2-month term.

Work to be done:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a diverse range of commercial contracts, including but not limited to customer contracts, procurement and vendor agreements, partnership agreements, confidentiality agreements, and service agreements.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual matters, business strategies, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, procurement, and finance to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of significant technology transactions experience, preferably in an in-house environment, working on a wide variety of technology transactions including but not limited to SaaS, licensing, hardware, and other technology licenses.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology contracts with strong issue spotting skills and attention to detail in contract revision.
• Admission to the bar in a US jurisdiction
• JD from an accredited institution
