We’re looking to build out our roster of high-caliber legal operations professionals for full time and part time roles.
In particular, we’re seeking individuals with the following experience:
E-Billing
- Oversee and manage the entire e-billing process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
- Maintain e-billing systems, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards, and collaborate with legal and finance teams to resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Ensure monthly accruals are submitted by outside counsel and other vendors.
- Support the Legal and Finance team in updating and managing metrics and reporting and providing the subsequent data to various stakeholders.
Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Work to maintain the CLM system, including workflows, metadata tagging, etc.
Legal Vendor Management
- Work to maintain and measure relationships with outside counsel firms as well as any ALSP, legal technology, or software vendors.
Matter Management / Project Management
- Coordinate and manage legal projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Work closely with attorneys and other legal professionals to ensure smooth execution of legal projects.
Technology Management
- Manage Legal technology which includes Ebilling, CLMs, Legal Subscriptions, Board management along with other tools.
