About The Role
Validity’s legal team is looking for corporate counsel with SaaS industry experience to act as a partner to our B2B sales teams and other key stakeholders. Our sales teams are charged with selling platform-based services globally to customers of all sizes. As the lead partner for Validity’s sales teams, you'll assist with drafting, redlining, and negotiating contracts with a wide variety of counterparties around the world. As an in-office representative of Validity’s small and mighty legal team, you will respond to questions from leadership and front-line teams on a daily basis on a wide range of issues. You'll also assist with privacy-related developments, train sales teams and other Validity stakeholders on our legal positions, work closely with finance and sales operations partners daily, and develop and execute legal projects as required by our internal customers.
