Responsibilities Manage the legal support function for the marketing and operations departments, including advising on commercial agreements, litigation, customer terms and condition, marketing strategy and materials, privacy laws and consumer protection laws). Lead a team of one attorney and one compliance manager. Responsible for enterprise level support on privacy matters.

Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job Proficiency in Microsoft

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations JD licensed in IL (required); 10+ years of law firm or in-house experience.

Education Bachelor's Degree (Required)
