Job Summary:
The Counsel, Employment and Litigation, position will support Acrisure’s Human Resources and Litigation functions, with responsibility to provide labor and employment counseling and transactional support, along with managing litigated matters and the third-party subpoena docket. The position reports to the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, Human Resources. This role is intended for a hard-working, forward-thinking labor and employment/litigation attorney seeking to build an in-house career in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
