A top ranked AmLaw100 firm is seeking a Private Investment Fund Paralegal to join their Boston based team. The role entails extensive knowledge on formations and related transactions of private investment funds and heavy interaction with legal professionals. The candidate should be highly organized, collaborative, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting attorneys in private investment fund formation and transactions.
• Managing transfer processes for fund sponsors.
• Handling annual and periodic filings for investment advisers.
• Assisting in private fund investment transactions.
• Identifying and proposing solutions to workflow issues.
• Organizing relevant documents and providing ongoing corporate maintenance.
• Training other team members on processes and improvements.
