Lawyers on Demand a Consilio company, is seeking a Litigation Support Attorney with our client, a boutique firm specializing in litigation related to injuries resulting from vaccines.

Job Details:

• Hybrid in downtown D.C. (3 days On-site and 2 days Remote)
• Full-time (40 hours a week) with NO overtime
• Long-term contract with no end date and potential to convert into a permanent salaried employee
• $40-50/hour

Qualifications:

• Must have recent experience managing cases and all aspects of litigation, including: Drafting of demands, motions and pleadings; client interaction; court appearances; taking/defending depositions; arguing motions; appearing on court status conferences, and trial attendance
• Must have an active Bar admission in any US jurisdiction and eligibility for admission to the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. (DC, VA or MD bar preferred)
• Must be open to a hybrid schedule including 3 days on-site and 2 days remote per week
• 2+ years of litigation experience in civil litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice or product liability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Consilio offers flexible talent placement rates that range from per hour depending upon experience level and specific skills requested by the client, candidate’s general skill set, applicability of candidate skill set to client need, client budget, number of hours requested, and other factors. The hourly rate range for this position is $40 to $45 per hour. A specific rate of pay for a project will be discussed with you if it is determined that you are a potential fit for a role.
