We are seeking a talented and experienced medical device Contracts Attorney to join our legal team specializing in the medical device sector for a near-term engagement with our Life Sciences client.

We are actively seeking Commercial Contracts Attorneys specializing in the medical device industry located anywhere in the United States with the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on contracts in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including but not limited to supply agreements, manufacturing agreements, distribution agreements, licensing agreements, and service agreements.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations, including FDA regulations, HIPAA, and other relevant statutes.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission and good standing to the state bar in which you are located.
  • Counsel partners with industry-leading clients in support of their sophisticated interim talent needs. Must be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model.

Support our innovative life science client with the following responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including but not limited to supply agreements, manufacturing agreements, distribution agreements, licensing agreements, and service agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including FDA regulations and other healthcare regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure alignment and mitigate legal risks.
  • Provide legal guidance and support to business stakeholders on contract-related matters, including interpretation of contractual terms, rights, and obligations.
  • Stay current on legal developments and industry trends related to medical devices and healthcare law.
