Job Description

About the team

Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and administer commercial and government contracts with enterprise-level clients in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

What You Will Be Doing

 

  • C onducts pre-contract data collection and administration of commercial or government contracts
  • Creates, negotiates and/or administers contractual documents that establish business relationships with enterprise clients and/or partners
  • Works with sales, service and business operations teams to structure contracts
  • Reviews contractual documents to ensure adherence to company practice, government specifications and requirements and conformance to master agreements
  • Responds to inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions
  • Initiates documentation to authorize work in accordance with contractual specifications
  • Contract negotiations
  • Other related duties assigned as needed

What You Bring

 

  • Bachelors degree, masters preferred.
  • Advanced professional role.
  • Highly-skilled with extensive proficiency in contract management.
  • Will independently negotiate agreements in consultation with supervising attorney.
  • Works independently with support of manager on complex projects.
  • Wide latitude for independent judgment.
  • Typically requires ten (10) or more years of work experience creating, negotiating and administering commercial contracts, preferably FinTech commercial.

The pay range for this full-time position is $105,070.00 - $176,520.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
