We’re looking for an M&A and Advisory Transactions lawyer to:
Your team
You will be working in the Global Banking Legal team in either the New York or Nashville office. . You will play a vital role in supporting the negotiation and documentation of engagement letters, fee letters, fairness opinions and other transactional documents. As an experienced M&A and Advisory Transactions lawyer, you will be a trusted advisor to the Investment Bank by delivering best-in-class legal advice on transactions to effectively manage our legal risk.

Salary information
CA, CO, WA and NY based roles: The salary range for this role is $180,000 to $220,000 based on experience, education, and skill level. This role may be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. For benefits information: ubs.com/usbenefits.
