Legal.io is working with a leading tech company who seeking a Operation Enablement Analyst to help build and manage cross-collaboration between legal, compliance, security & HR. This is a 6 month long contract that is fully remote.

Role Responsibilities:

  • The work will be focused on project management, process improvement and changes in communications.
  • Ideal candidate will bring a business operations background. But the client is willing to consider candidates will legal operations backgrounds as long as the candidate has cross-collaboration experience and a willingness to partner with other teams.
  • The Senior Operations Enablement Manager is a strategic thinker with a background in operations and enablement. You will support a cross-functional team to drive operational excellence and support the company's growth objectives.

Desired Skills / Experience:

  • 5 years experience in operations management, with a focus on program management and process improvement.
  • Able to monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience overseeing the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with project management tools and techniques.
  • Experience implementing communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged in operational initiatives.

Role Details:

  • Hours: 40 Hours / Week
  • Location: Remote
  • Duration: 6 Months (June - December 2024)
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $50 - $60 / hour ($100,000 - $120,000 annualized)
