This will also include maintaining external data privacy disclosures (such as privacy policies and any other public data compliance / security statements) as well as internal privacy documentation (DPIAs, ROPAs, LIAs) pertaining to such data processing activities, and owning the cross-functional coordination process for all changes and updates to that documentation.

You will also work collaboratively with Information Security, Trust & Safety, and other cross-functional data teams to advise on data compliance products and tools and to maintain and enhance internal legal policies for how the company manages personal data (including cross-border data transfers, data access controls, data retention, data subject rights, and incident response and data breach policies).

You will be responsible for keeping the company’s DPO informed of relevant developments in the data governance program, and for consulting with them where required.
