Job Description

We are seeking an MSP Compliance Advisor for our Allocation Solutions Department. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) products and consulting with adjusters, attorneys, peers and Medicare on issues related to workers’ compensation and liability cases. About the Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role

  • Consult with adjusters, defense attorneys, claimant attorneys and internal staff (medical and non-medical) and Medicare on all Medicare issues relative to workers’ compensation and liability cases.
  • Prepare MSP related products for assigned clients
  • Educate clients and third parties on the Medicare Secondary Payer statute through conference calls and client visits.
  • Provide timely and efficient responses to all client needs, including, but not limited to general subject matter questions, case status requests, and case specific questions.

  • Flexible, as assignments will vary depending on referral volume
  • Advanced customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent technical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently, self-directed, highly motivated
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • 1-2 years’ experience
  • JD preferred
