The Role: We are looking for a VP, CCO, for our Broker-Dealer and Registered Investment Advisor located in the Soho, NY area. This is a critical role overseeing compliance for core parts of Forge’s business, reporting directly to the Head of Compliance. You’ll effectively manage and mitigate risk, establish robust controls, support business initiatives and protect Forge from legal and regulatory risk.
Location: New York, NY. Hybrid role based out of our Soho, NY office. This role requires a few days a week in office.

For residents of San Francisco/Bay Area, CA and New York, NY the annual salary range for this role is $250,000 - $260,000 + bonus. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, annual bonus, and other factors.
