*6+ month contract

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive draft contracts for review
• Prepare draft agreements using Ecolab form contracts
• Make language changes to customer form contracts based on following Nalco Water Global customer contract policy
• Communicate changes in writing and orally to sales personnel
• Draft and review contract amendments
• Review customer bids documents and Requests for Quotations
• Assist sales teams and operations teams responding to customer questions
• Receive and respond to customer responses and/or objections to Nalco Water language changes
• Utilize automated contract management system
• Work with three paralegals to maintain contract processing in a timely manner.

Required Skills:

• Managed contract flow & contract processing
• Experience with commercial contract review

Education/Experience requirement:

• 1+ year of contract review, paralegal certificate
