Together with your team, you’ll provide the critical support needed worldwide for all Apple products and businesses! Apple’s Competition and Regulatory group is looking for a qualified individual to join the team.
 
Description

Advise the company on a variety of complex competition and regulatory law issues (e.g., EU Digital Markets Act) Help drive strategy and engagement on competition and regulatory matters across the globe Provide competition law and regulatory compliance counseling to clients at all levels of management and across all Apple business groups Partner with our Government Affairs and Products teams to engage with regulators and policy makers
 
Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of legal experience working on competition and/or regulatory legal issues
  • Ability to clearly prioritize and advise through excellent written and verbal communications
  • Excellent ability to analyze problems and come up with practical, workable solutions
  • JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar
 
Preferred Qualifications

  • Best suited for a self-starter who is curious, embraces technology and thrives in a dynamic environment
  • Government competition law experience a plus
