Position Summary: The Paralegal provides legal support to litigation and employment law case management. Research, compose, edit, and proofread pleadings, testimonies, memoranda, correspondence, reports, and various other documents for attorneys, federal, state, and local courts. Record and monitor the docket schedule of court appearance dates, pleadings, cases, and postponements for attorneys. Prepare witnesses and assemble case materials, exhibits, and documents for meetings, hearings, and court appearances. Collaborate with attorneys, client groups, and other support staff to address and resolve various legal matters and compliance issues. Qualifications : - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

- Must have Paralegal Certificate - Must have 7+ years of paralegal work experience - Must have 7+ Legal Assistant experience - Ability to provide direction to others and assign tasks to clerical staff - MUST have proficiency with Symantec Clearwell and kCura Relativity Responsibilities
