The Atlantic Group has partnered with a leading investment management firm in New York City looking for a Paralegal to join their team. The paralegal will be responsible for or working with attorneys on the team in drafting & negotiating contracts, including but not limited to, NDAs & confidentiality agreements. Candidates applying must have experience with negotiating contracts, NDA’s, and vendor agreements.

*This position will require 3x per week in office.

Responsibilities:

• Work with attorneys in drafting & negotiating contracts, NDAs, & confidentiality agreements.
• Draft and update various policies, procedures, and vendor guidelines.
• Assist with drafting of corporate organizational documents & board meeting preparations, as well as various documentation under attorney supervision.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience drafting & negotiating contracts including NDA’s, vendor agreements, and confidentiality agreements (3+ years).
• Inhouse experience working as a paralegal across Investment Management preferred; open to law firms candidates with strong experience.
