Job Description:

Provide operational support and is responsible for managing the supervisory findings process and related database. Prepares materials for Board and Committee presentations. Maintains various reports and metrics for department activities. Interacts with regulators from various agencies in response to requests for information and status of supervisory findings. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Central point of contact for management of the supervisory findings process, tracking and reporting supervisory finding from issuance through validation and regulator notification
  • Manage Board, Committee and Management reporting process. Maintain KRI and KPI tracking and reporting.
  • Maintain relevant procedures and controls, ensuring adherence to governance requirements and working with other business areas such as Legal Risk and Corporate Risk Management teams.
  • Manage the self-policing and self-reporting process and identify matters that require disclosure to a regulator(s).
  • Provide support to areas such as the Supervisory Matters Oversight Group, recurring interactions with regulators and continuous monitoring/ad hoc requests.
  • Utilize project management skills to identify and implement process efficiencies.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration and management or finance.
  • 2 + years of experience in Financial Services, Compliance, Audit, Risk Management, Project Management or related.
  • In Lieu of Degree 6+ years of experience in Financial Services, Compliance, Audit, Risk Management, Project Management or related

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $65,000.00 to $109,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
