About The Role
We are looking for a highly-motivated and business-minded attorney to join as Privacy & Marketing Counsel on the Legal & Compliance team. In this role, you will work closely with a broad range of stakeholders, including sales, marketing, customer support, product, and engineering teams, as well as business leaders, and others in the legal and compliance team. You will provide key legal guidance to teams on privacy and data protection issues and, as a subject matter expert, you will help chart Rippling’s long term strategy for handling personal information in the course of marketing our products and services globally, and as it applies to any new and emerging uses, like Artificial Intelligence. You are a strategic thinker with impeccable judgment. You have a passion for providing creative, proactive, and pragmatic legal guidance, and are excited about building a world-class, highly efficient product counsel function at a rapidly growing company.

The pay range for this role is:
144,000 - 240,000 USD per year(US San Francisco Bay Area)
