As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Program Manager with coordinating and implementing key initiatives, including, but not limited to organizing project meetings and presentation materials (timelines, governance documentation, plans, etc.) and ensuring project deliverables are completed on time. e.g., legal entity rationalization, auditing legal entity information, and automation initiatives.
  • Managing invoicing procedures and workflows to ensure compliance with guidelines. Support with processing invoices, new vendor onboarding, vendor training, and billing error resolutions, and serve as a liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Organizing, updating, and maintaining documentation and data in the legal entity management platform; coordinating notarizations, apostilles, legalized documents, certified copies, corporate filings, and other corporate documents; facilitating the execution of Power of Attorneys, annual fillings, and other corporate documentation.
  • Serving as the Legal Entity Management Platform Champion: monitor workflow requests ensuring timely action/closure, process access for legal teams, create and analyze reports, stay up to date on new platform features, and provide training to system users.
  • Have experience in billing reports and working with LegalTracker directly.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience with a paralegal Certification preferred.
  • Have 5+ years of experience in any of the following: business administration, project/program coordination, operations, or legal.
  • Have SAP and LegalTracker experience.
  • Have skills in organizational, written, and verbal communication.
  • Have experience in business processes, project coordination, and change management.
