Job description:

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a strong academic track record. Preference for students pursuing a pre-law, legal studies, or related field.
- Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in law, with a particular interest in corporate law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software and legal research platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in conducting legal research and analysis on various issues affecting the company, utilizing online legal databases.
- Support the legal team in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, memos, and compliance policies.
- Participate in preparing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders on legal risks and strategies.
- Join in the review and summarization of recent legal developments relevant to the company s operations.
- Engage in special projects under the guidance of a mentor.
- Attend departmental meetings and training sessions to gain insights into the legal profession and corporate legal department operations.
