Job Description:

This position is responsible for a wide variety of detailed financial analysis, audit support, and other special projects within the Government Program Compliance function.

Essential Functions:

  • Serves as primary contact for labor compliance, including development of DL rates, monthly cost monitoring, exception reporting, policy/training updates, floor checks, labor bid code updates, time & labor system updates, and other labor duties as necessary
  • Provides program compliance support, including answering questions from Contracts and Finance and supporting Certified Proposals, for a variety of GCS Program Areas
  • Supports various DCAA audits such as Systems, FPP, FICP, Cost Accounting System, and Mandatory Annual Audit Requirements to include interaction with DCAA and DCMA regarding audit related issues
  • Support/prepare and submit Forward Pricing Rate Proposals (FPRP) and Final Incurred Cost Proposals (FICP)
  • Support/update the CASB Disclosure Statement
  • Assists with ad hoc requests and special projects regarding Compliance issues
  • Prepares and conduct Compliance related training as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 6 years of experience; including 2+ years of financial experience within the aerospace/government contracting environment
  • 2+ years experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations) and CAS (Cost Accounting Standards)
  • 2+ years experience in program finance, accounting, or financial planning
  • 2+ years experience with PeopleSoft & PeopleSoft queries, Microsoft Excel and Word

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Existing Experimental Clearance is desired
  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to interact with all levels at the various SAS Divisions
  • Experience with understanding proposlas and developing proposal estimates, and working with DCAA on proposal audits a plus
  • Experience with multiple contract types (Cost Plus, Fixed Price, Time & Material) a plus

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $70,000 - $130,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
