$5 billion AUM private credit direct lending firm - 50 employees - Headquartered in NY with other offices in San Francisco, Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta
Role reports to GC / CCO - the firm outsources some of the legal functions to an attorney - now they want to hire internally
Looking for an attorney to assist with NDA's, AML / KYC, Vendor contracts, investor suitability and special projects

Responsibilities:

Review/mark-up of deal NDAs
AML/KYC review of potential borrowers and principals
Review IR team’s questions about subscription documents and transfer agreements, including Accredited Investor support
Review of marketing materials (decks, monthly/quarterly letters, RFPs, DDQs) under the new Advertising Rule
