Full Time
Troutman Pepper's Finance & Restructuring practice group is seeking an associate with 4 to 6 years of experience in handling complex commercial finance transactions. The position is available in our Atlanta, Raleigh, San Diego, or Washington, DC office.
The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of commercial finance transactions, the Uniform Commercial Code, secured transactions, and have experience in drafting and negotiating loan documentation, as well as experience in leveraged finance. Substantive experience representing borrowers, lenders, private equity sponsors, and agents in a full range of finance transactions is preferred.
We are looking for highly motivated, entrepreneurial individuals who thrive in a team-based environment and appreciate innovative thinking and collaboration to achieve objectives for our clients. Candidates should be creative, solutions-oriented, and possess excellent communication, analytical and writing skills. They should be able to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in the state in which they reside.
The salary range for this position is $275,000 - $330,000, dependent on years of experience.
