Key Responsibilities

We are looking for someone with a passion for technology and deep knowledge of getting Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”) contracts done to provide practical and solutions-oriented guidance to your business partners, effectively calculate and communicate potential risks, manage workloads, and prioritize multiple corporate demands. This is an exciting, new position that is designed to enhance and contribute to the company’s continued growth and success around the world.

This position reports to our Deputy General Counsel and has the opportunity to work remotely or be based (hybrid arrangement) in our Pittsburgh office location. If based remotely, an ability to travel occasionally may be required.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

We’re looking for a self-starting and knowledgeable Senior Paralegal to join our growing Legal team. Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, this role will support staff in Europe, South Africa, the US, Australia and Canada, as well as the attorneys assigned to tasks emerging from these regions. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting SaaS and professional services contracting and negotiations.

You may have worked as a ‘Senior Paralegal’, or ‘Paralegal’.
