P&G is seeking a talented and experienced attorney to join its Legal organization at the Company’s Headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio. P&G attorneys work directly with clients to solve problems creatively and determine how best to manage the client’s legal needs across critically important, as well as challenging and rapidly evolving, legal spaces. The role of P&G Legal Counsel requires strong coordination and collaboration with internal clients in a variety of functions, and other members of P&G’s global legal division. Agility, flexibility, creativity, and a growth mindset are critical elements of the position.
Job Responsibilities
- The lawyer in this role will support P&G’s brands and product portfolios.
- Directly counseling the business on legal strategy and compliance with various commercial, advertising, trademark, and digital and privacy laws.
- Working with subject matter experts in our specialty practice groups on a variety of legal issues
Required
Job Qualifications
P&G looks for well-rounded attorneys, with leadership skills, vision and energy. A successful candidate must have:
- Membership in at least one state bar, with the ability to become a member of the Ohio bar.
- Up to 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney with a law firm, in-house, government or other legal department.
- A J.D. with outstanding academic performance. Experience with moot court, mock trial, law review, or judicial internships are preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and very strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, as well as the ability to work as a member of a high-performing team.

Starting Pay / Salary Range:
Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
