Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a General Counsel at GetuWell in Norcross, GA. The General Counsel will be responsible for handling legal issues, providing labor and employment law guidance, offering legal advice, managing data privacy matters, healthcare law with experience in litigation, and ensuring corporate governance compliance on a day-to-day basis.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
