Role Overview – Paralegal:

Our client, a $9B investment adviser specializing in niche credit markets, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support legal operations during an exciting growth period. Leveraging strong organizational and legal administration talents in a collaborative Fairfield-based team, the ideal candidate will coordinate vendor contracts, enable SEC compliance filings, maintain corporate records, and contribute to various strategic initiatives.

Compensation: $90,000.00 – $125,000.00 + bonus

Location: Fairfield County, Connecticut

Responsibilities of the Paralegal include:

• Managing non-disclosure and vendor agreement
• Preparing regulatory filings and submission
• Maintaining corporate governance records
• Assisting with entity formations and reorgs
• Supporting legal teams and senior business partner
• Contributing ideas to enhance legal function

Qualifications for the Paralegal include:

• 2-5 years of paralegal experience in law or financ
• Meticulous attention to detail and follow-throug
• Judgment to appropriately escalate issue
• Proactive communication style that builds partnership
• Motivated to continuously develop knowledg
• Values integrity, inclusion and teamwork
