Role Description
This is a full-time Compliance Manager role at Leica Microsystems located in Waltham, MA. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing legal compliance, contract negotiations, legal document preparation, providing legal advice, and addressing any legal issues that may arise within the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience in Law and Legal Compliance
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Legal Document Preparation
- Knowledge of Legal Issues and providing Legal Advice
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certification or degree in Law or related field
