Firm Advice is conducting a search on behalf of a biosecurity company HQ in Northern VA for an interim / temporary attorney or contracts professional to review contracts and summarize designated terms and conditions on an excel spreadsheet. The legal staff will create the terms that need to be summarized.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain more experience in the contracts space.

The position is remote and is expected to last 4 to 8 months.

Requirements

  • JD preferred, or additional work experience.
  • 5 plus years of experience working with contracts.
