Posted Apr 03 Elevate is recruiting a Workflow Coordinator to join our Med Legal team. The Workflow Coordinator is responsible for strategically dispatching casework assignments to the Production associates in alignment with customer deadlines.
We are looking for candidates who can work 8-5pm Arizona Time.
Specifically, the Workflow Coordinator will
- Assess the casework pipeline to evaluate by when we can deliver services to customers.
- Review small to large Excel workbooks of data for accurate application of formulas, cross-referencing totals, and ensuring comments and analysis match the content.
- Provide monthly and quarterly reports using Excel.
- Provide ad hoc support to ensure the legal departments run smoothly.
Experience
- 2 years preferably in an operations department in a professional environment (healthcare, legal, advertising, banking) but will consider other relevant work experience.
Skills for Success
- Super organized and a wiz at scheduling, multitasking, and keeping projects on track.
- Detail focused with a penchant for accuracy.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- High energy, engaging, and outgoing.
- Understands how to build relationships.
- Team player who works well across the organization.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
Compensation
- The pay rate for this remote-based role is $50,000-55,000/year based on job-related skills, experience, level, and location. In addition, Elevate offers full-time employees a comprehensive benefits package and PTO.
