Compliance Officer Private Equity Firm – Westchester, NY $250K – $300K Total Compensation 4 Days/Week In-Office

A private equity firm based in Westchester is seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to support the firm’s CFO/CCO in managing the day-to-day operations of the compliance program. This is a highly visible role with significant growth potential, as the long-term vision is for this individual to step into the Chief Compliance Officer position.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of compliance experience within private equity, investment advisory, or another buy-side environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of SEC regulations, including the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
  • Experience with regulatory filings and compliance testing frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfort working closely with senior leadership.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to grow into a more senior role.
