Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Legal Project Manager to join their team. As a Legal Project Manager, you will be part of the Compliance group supporting various business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Legal Project Manager

Location: Cupertino, CA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

What's the Job?

• Manage compliance with settlement agreements and consent decrees, ensuring ongoing obligations and reporting are met.
• Act as a liaison between group attorneys and Apple business and legal groups to establish and maintain information systems and processes.
• Track obligations and status, ensuring agreements and deadlines are adhered to.
• Assist with compliance related to emerging laws and manage various questionnaires and risk assessments.
• Support Political Law projects and other short or long-term projects as needed across the team.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in a legal or compliance setting.
• Strong understanding of compliance obligations and legal frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
