Job Details EAS is partnering with an established confidential client to identify a Discovery Attorney with strong eDiscovery database skills and experience commensurate with an eDiscovery Project Manager or Review Manager. This is a limited duration role anticipated to last 6+ months with opportunity for extension with this or other clients/projects.

If you have at least two years of substantive law experience and five years of eDiscovery experience, outstanding interpersonal skills, a keen attention to detail and interest in working for a leading organization, we encourage you to apply!

We are actively seeking a Discovery Attorney with strong eDiscovery database skills and experience commensurate with an eDiscovery Project Manager or Review Manager with the following qualifications:

  • JD Degree from an accredited institution
  • Active bar license in good standing, ideally in state in which you reside
  • Although work is remote, must reside in East, Mountain or Central time zone.
  • Must be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model
  • 2+ years of experience in litigation or investigations at a major U.S. law firm, government or an in-house legal department
  • 4+ years of experience with eDiscovery, database tools, and an interest in certifications
  • Experience in all phases of the EDRM, such as identification, preservation, collection, review, production of documents, and quality assurance testing of coding calls
  • Strong experience in the front end of Relativity and familiarity with other eDiscovery tools commensurate to an eDiscovery Project Manager or Review Manager
  • Strong experience in document review at a law firm, in-house legal department, or consulting firm
  • Experience in testing and validating keyword searches
  • Experience with the review platform Everlaw is a strongly encouraged
  • Confidence and experience in written and verbal communications with all levels of law firm professionals

Compensation Range

  • $65 - $80 per hour
  • Compensation commensurate with experience and complexity of engagement
