Apply today and help us shape a safer tomorrow. 🚀 🌟 What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll own all things safety compliance across our operations—driving the programs, partnerships, and performance needed to protect teammates and customers nationwide. You’ll:

• Champion compliance with OSHA 1910 & 1926 standards, EPA, DOT, and state regulations
• Lead vendor & contractor compliance using platforms like ISNetworld and Avetta
• Develop and launch companywide safety programs, policies, and training
• Manage documentation, injury logs, audits, and inspections
• Collaborate with leaders and field teams to embed a proactive safety culture
• Stay ahead of changing regulations and industry best practices
• Build strong relationships across internal teams & external partners
• You’ll be the go-to expert—empowering our teams, solving challenges, and keeping safety at the heart of everything we do.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of EHS experience (service industry or pest control is a plus!)
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, ISNetworld & Avetta platforms
• Bonus: ASP, GSP, CSP , or related certification
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Detail-focused mindset and passion for continuous improvement
• Ability to travel locally as needed
