POSITION OVERVIEW Fidelity National Financial (FNF) is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join our in-house litigation team in Los Angeles, California. This role focuses on managing and litigating title insurance, escrow, and real property, related claims on behalf of FNF and its family of companies. The attorney will handle matters throughout Southern California, supported by an experienced internal staff, and will work directly with some of the largest title insurance underwriters, escrow companies, and financial institutions in the country. This is a unique in-house opportunity with no billing requirements, allowing you to focus exclusively on strategy, case outcomes, and efficient claims resolution.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS This position has the potential to earn compensation in the range of $150,000 - $190,000 annually based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience. Actual rate may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including skillset, experience and location. Higher salary may be available if candidates have substantial relevant experience. The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off; and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
